Our steam cleaning process uses a small amount of pressurized water to loosen up dirt while the machine simultaneously vacuums the water out. Since this happens so quickly, the back of the rug remains dry.
Yes! Our specialized equipment makes this possible. We will look at the backing of your rug and adjust our water-flow accordingly so the back remains dry.
Yes, we have an extensive kit of professional stain removal products to help us with this. However, certain stains cannot be removed. Please send us a picture of your rug before booking if you’re concerned that you may have a permanent stain (nail polish, etc.)
Generally 2-6 hours, it depends on the material type and pile length (fluffy rugs take longer to dry)
No, our training has taught us how to clean rugs properly so there’s no risk of damage. For example, old wool rugs require special precautions like using wool-safe products and cold water.
